Dear Greg,
If your shore excursions were booked and paid for through the
ship, you should have no problem eventually getting your money back.
If you booked them yourself, you'll have to deal with each
operator yourself. Hopefully, you paid for them with a credit card and
they have a policy of refunding if you didn't take the tour because
the ship didn't show up.
