Geez Mark - I'm so sorry that you didn't get the excursion you bought.
Thanks for including the name of the company. We're starting a
preliminary search for shore excursions for a cruise next year, and
I'll make sure to stay away from those folks. I can understand their
position if you took the tour and then came back to complain, but since
you didn't accept a substitute I sure hope they'll reconsider and
refund your money. I thought that was an excellent suggestion about
using Amex - and one that I'll definitely follow.
