Grand Turk things to do

We will be stopping in Grand Turk for the first time, in a few weeks. Any
suggestions for fun things to do, without a ship excursion would be
appreciated. We always try to go on our own , if it makes sense. Will be
in Tortola also, if anyone knows anything fun there, would like to hear
