You should book the train on St. Kitts through the ship. That way
they will wait for you if you get back late. It was a really
enjoyable tour and well worth it.

I know there are taxis that do tours in the USVI and I assume the same
is true in Tortola - at least when I've been there I was able to do a
taxi tour. Although you might also want to do the Baths at Virgin
Gorda. In Barbados, I enjoyed a tour that included Sunbury Plantation
but I think you can get a taxi to do a tour there too..

In St. Maartin I enjoyed the Natural Wonders tour, but I'm really
interested in that kind of thing plus I'm not a beach person and don't
want to. shop.
