We just got back form the HAL Volendam a week ago and my husband
rented a tux. It cost $87.50 and fit very well. If you look at the HAL
website or at your docs if you have them, there will be information
for ordering the tux(es) ahead of time.
The tux was delivered to our stateroom the first day and our cabin
steward picked it up after the second formal night.
