Subject: Re: NCL's "Adult Refillable Soda Fountain Cup" Posted on: Tue, 30 Jan 2007 15:34:18 +0000 (UTC)

On NCL they give you a sticker on your card to flash whenever you want
a drink. They also give you an insulated cup which I didn't like to
use (I prefer glass to my mouth instead of a plastic...just a foible).

When you use the card they give you a glass of the drink you want.
It's only a glass whereby drink purchasers get the whole can.

The other advantage is that you don't have to sign everytime you get a
drink. I wish cruiselines would switch to what Thomson cruises used to
do: all-inclusive cruising...drinks included! Or at the very least
have a swipe card payment system.

On previous NCL cruises I'd complained about the lack of choice of
diet drinks. Diet Coke, diet coke or diet coke. This last time they
also had diet sprite....very nice.
