Pricing tends to be a little higher I think. Not only because it is a longer
cruise and a larger total tab but the daily rate also. This is, I think, because
there is no real competition like there is in Seattle or Vancouver. As long as
the ship fils there is no point to reducing the price.

Don't know about 2008 of course but this year we will have 4 days at Sea, 1 day
cruising Tracy Arm, and Port Calls at Sitka, Juneau, Skagway, and Victoria.

This is a great Cruise for those of us in the Bay Area because of the days at
Sea and because we do not have to mess around with Air Flights etc. If you are
on the East Coast then you have to fly anyway so there is no special reason to
consider San Francisco other than a chance to visit the city itself.
