There are 3 separate cruise terminals at Southampton. Constellation is
scheduled at present to berth at the City Cruise Terminal on 25th April.

I do not recall ever seeing an ATM in there, but you will have plenty of
opportunity to use an ATM in Falmouth.
If for some reason you don't there are plenty of ATM's across the way
from the port in Southampton and I am sure the taxi/limo driver would
take you there. Often though if you are pre-booking, won't this be paid
up front? Some also have the means of accepting cards anyway.
Don't worry over it as Falmouth will give you plenty of cash anyway:)
