Found a good set of tips on helping with potential seasickness here:

Granted, it's geared toward smaller boats but there are a lot of good
ideas.

Also, call your doctor about prescription patches (Trans-Derm?). They
work for about three days each.

Odds are you won't get sick at all under normal conditions. :)
