Hmmm, "open seating" in a restaurant that only holds half the passenger
load, and two specialty restaurants that only hold 80 people each. Can you
say "Cafeteria" aka Lido deck buffet as the option to having to wait for a
table?
Sounds more like they are emulating Princess' anytime dining which is
abysmal if you go at the wrong times.
