Make yourself a reservation at Budget or Avis. When you get off the ship
there are shuttles there that will take you to their offices which are
about 2 - 3 miles away. Personally I have used Avis on most of my trips
out of Port Canaveral but Budget is very good too from all the feedback
I've read.
There are also taxis there when you get off but that will cost you a lot
more than a rental.
