Are you crazy ? How will your suggestion solve the problem by taking the
guns from the "legal" owners? Do you really think the thugs and crazies will
turn their guns in? Not likely. You haven't given it much thought, have
you? Their is NO WAY you can get 100% of the guns away from the criminals.
