Hi John. It's good to see you posting here, and it's very interesting
to note that you, the founder of rec.travel.cruises likes top posting.
So do I, and I have noticed also, that John Coan and Rolnd Behunin
prefer top posting. I hope this doesn't open a can of worms about the
proper use of usenet. Those rules were made 'way back in the last
century. Let's move on and post in whatever manner makes sense to us.
In my opinion, top posting is the best.
I do hope John Coan's health has improved since his retirement. He was
booked on one of the GGC's and had to cancel I would love to cruise
with John and his wife. We have cruised with you and Janet as well as
Roland and Christie and had a fine time.
John, I hope you and Janet can join us in January for the GGC2008. Take
a look at http://cruisemaster.com/adventure.htm
At first, some thought that sailing from San Juan would be cost
prohibitive, but it turns out that this one is coming together even
better than the last few GGCs and promises to be one of the best. Some
people are even flying from the west coast for this one, including
Roland and Christie, Mary Foster, Tobie and Barbara, and several others.
Many of the folks who sailed on the original GGC will be joining in on
this one. I sure hope to see you there!
Thanks for posting, John.
