Insanity is when you keep doing the same thing and expect a different
result. Which is also the definition of a government.

Dogs, OTOH, expect the same thing every time. I get home, Toby wants
out. He comes in and goes to his food bowl, because it's time to eat.
That's his magic formula. It works every time.

I just made a comment about our governments (I don't care where you
come from). I'll leave it at that.
