Available but slow and expensive, and on most lines (all that I've
been on) not in the cabin. Sometimes the connection would fail, and
the only way you would know is that you couldn't send email. I've
done from my computer and from their computer, and my computer was
faster although YMMV. The people who run the internet cafes on the
ship vary widely in expertise. Some really know what they are doing
and are nice. Some know only marginally more than I do and some of
that is wrong.
