If you can afford it, go for the Disney Cruise. If not, then pretty
much any of the mass market lines will do - they all have kids
programs, kid menus etc. Of the mass market lines, I've only been on
Celebrity and NCL. My son had a blast on both, but he enjoyed the NCL
program more. Of course, he was 10 instead of 4 and that could have
made the difference. I personally prefer NCL because of it's
freestyle. Celebrity for an EXTREMELY active 4 year old boy was not a
good mix - sitting down every night for dinner is not a good activity
for him. On NCL we can go anytime, or even just go to the buffet.
Also, on NCL Dawn there was a kid sized pool with a small slide etc.
Watching my kid have fun in the smaller, safe kid pool while I was
having a drink and soaking in the Jacuzzi was quite pleasant. The
buffet has a kids section - kid size seats and kid friendly food (hot
dogs, nuggets, pizza etc.). Make absolutely sure that the cruise you
are going to book has kids programs at the time - some ships only
have the kids programs during school vacations, whereas others have
kids programs all year round. Have fun!!
