One of the oldest tricks in the book is (probably) still used by the
real estate closing community. Just keep a silver dollar handy and when
you need a "raised seal," place the silver dollar under your document
and press the document into it with a large gum eraser. Most folks
won't ever notice the difference. I've also heard tales of some closers
at title companies keeping a few gold foil stickers with self adhesive
backs handy to add to the "impression" when quickly needed.
