The dark master of the White House, Cheney strikes fear into the
blackest of hearts. Only surfaces occasionally to nod and grunt at a
reporter from Fox News, the only station he ever sees, before returning
to the White House boiler room to continue planning the apocalypse. He
almost certainly ignores everything Bush says. Vindictive and secretive
to the point of absurdity, Cheney has his heart set on total global
hegemony, and doesn't really care if you know it.

How evil does a guy have to be for his buddy to apologize for getting
shot in the face by him? If there is a God, please, a 30-year vacation
at Gitmo.
