Both George's & your logic are more easily acceptable to believe. The cruise
industry isn't going to stop the smoking completely unless there are
international maritime regulations that prohibit it. Having limited smoking
sections on all cruise ships seems to be the way to go. (not just a few
signs posted that the port side is smoking as we all know that doesn't work)
