It may or may not be easy to do, but it has been done. The Crown
Princess has an enclosed room for cigar smoking. It was right at the
entrance to the casino and walking past it there was no smell at all.

Just took a quick look on travelocity and this is the description of the
lounge: "Casino with private cocktail lounge for cigars and spirits"
