I just booked an extensive European itinerary through Ray and I am
pleased.

I've "known" Ray through this newsgroup for a dozen years or so -- so
I had no reservations about booking with him and his performance since
has borne out the worthiness of that decision.

No concerns about professionalism. Give him a try. If another TA comes
up with a better package/price/service or just "clicks better" - fine.
