I stayed at the Pacific Beach a few months ago. It appeared to be
wheelchair-accessible. I don't know about the rooms. It's on the
aquarium end of Waikiki. The room was clean and quiet.

One of the locals I know thanked me for staying there because it's
locally owned, so the money stays in Hawaii.
