Far as I know, there are no one-way drop off charges for car rentals
picked up and dropped off within Florida. I'm close to 100% sure that
you won't incur any penalties with a Miami pick-up and Fort Lauderdale
drop off. But, to be positive, why not simply ask the company from
which you'll be renting the car?
