My point, more then being Non nor Pro Smoking, is the entire concept
of a person's right to do whatever they want with their particular
body. Now if that particular want interferes with what another may or
may not want to with their body, we have a conflict.
Marriott Hotels for example went 100% smoke-free from a business
perspective. However, if you wanted to start Rob's Smoker's Delight
Hotel & Restaurant, you are currently legislated out of a perfectly
viable business model in a lot of places.
Now, as to the cause of Lung Cancer, or any other Cancer for that
matter, me personally thinks they've no clue. Surely smoking cannot
be good for you, but it wasn't what killed my Granny at 89, or even
one of the contributing factors to her death. She both smoke & drank
like a Sailor on Liberty.
