That was my first thought but it's up to each individual to decide.
I'd hope that people would use it as a convenience and they'd have the
money available to pay off the credit card immediately. But I know
that often isn't the case.

We were on a Carnival cruise earlier this month and did no gambling
because of their smoking policy.
