A lot of that is "managing expectations" too.... I LOVE Costa, but I
don't expect it to be upscale but it does have many nice touches that I
enjoy very much such as the free cappuccino and yummy pastries in the
morning for room service, and getting espresso drinks at every bar. So
some of those things are appealing and the PRICE IS RIGHT!! Lol.....
Still have yet to try Carnival though myself, maybe one of these days.
