Hi Bill,
I am not making up the fact that you showed up for a reservation for a
room for 2 and you had more than 2 in the room. I am not talking
about whether you requested 2 beds or not. The hotel had every right
to charge you for the additional people in the room according to the
Priceline terms and conditions. I don't know if they DID indeed
charge you for the extra people but they certainly within their rights
to have done so. BTW, as a travel agent I would think you would
understand the hotel charging for extra guests in a double room.
