It applies to purchases at the available rates for cat. 6A-12 (excluding
6E and 9A)

We used our coupon a couple years ago and it didn't specify certain
cruises or ships. We also got our TA's cheapest rate before we even told
her we had one. She was smiles when we gave it to her.

NOW GRANTED, the writing on the back of the coupon might be different
now.
AND not all ships going on a 7-night cruise will have the same
"available rate" for their 6A-12 cabins.
