Trade mags are supported by suppliers. Very unusual to find any negative
reports there.

Sure. NCL always releases information about the number of complaints they
have been getting. Or not.

A Vice President of NCL once told me after the boiler explosion that the
Norway would "definitely be put back in service." When that proved to be a
lie, he told me flat out I was naive if I thought he would tell me the truth
while the companies official "position" was that the ship would be repaired.

Ah yes... Joystar. You pay them a monthly fee so they put your name on their
generic website and you use their contact accounts with the cruise lines to
make your bookings? Do you know that one of their specials on your
website is for a ship that sailed a month ago? http://tinyurl.com/2uvnn9

Ooops, this one sailed last month, too! http://tinyurl.com/34c8j8

In fact, on the main page of "your" website, there are 5 listings under "Our
Best Cruise Deals" and all are on ships that have already sailed.

John... do you think maybe Joystar's website might not be all that accurate?
