One of the eveidences of elevated Noro virus threat is the way the ships
deal with the sanitizers, the greater the threat (ususally from other ships
in port with reported outbreaks) the higher the compliance push. When ships
are having troubles the passengers can still get off but non affected crew
are warned, actually ordered, not to associate with crew from the affected
ships.
