I think the "Dramamine On The Go" less drowsy formula has
Dimenhydrinate as the active ingredient while Bonine has meclizine as
the active ingredient. I just jumped over to drugstore.com to compare.
It's odd that the Dramamine formula that is supposedly "less drowsy"
has the same active ingredient as the original formulation, which
definitely does cause drowsiness.

Okay. Further research done....I went to the Pfizer website - the
pharmaceutical company that manufactures Dramamine. The Dramamine Less
Drowsy formula has meclizine for the active ingredient. Drugstore.com
has incorrect info on their website.

Not sure why...maybe it's the "other" ingredient combination, but
Dramamine Less Drowsy makes me feel ill, while Bonine doesn't. Must be
that great chewable raspberry taste :-)
