It's not a bad trip from the Rome central train station to the
port ... and not a long walk in Civitavecchia to the cruiseship ...
but with luggage ... yuck ...well really not that bad compared to
other cities ... It will be expensive by taxi ... probably around 100
euros ...
see if you can find someone to share a van ...
