Diana Ball: Couldn't find anything on the Cruise Critic pages, as you
suggested, so I put a note on this newsgroup entitled Westerdam
Transatlantic. No responses to that yet either. Googling found a
couple of van companies that offer 115 euro transport. That seems to be
the best thus far. Any better suggestions? After reading the trains
discussions I'm pretty sure I don't want to try that with our planned
luggage, cameras, etc. E.K.
