Carnival doesn't really deserve the "party ship" appellation any more.
Yes, there's still some rowdiness, but it's tame compared to what it
once was. We found RCI to be a little "milder", but neither line has
been totally raccous and unbearable. I've seen the occasional
annoying/sick drunk on Carnival, but likewise on RCI and clients have
even mentioned the same on Disney.
Carnival is trying to bring back the same people who partied with them
in the early 90s. The only thing is, those people are bringing their
little kids with them.
