Except, of course, that tipping is mainly an American practice. There are
very many people who go cruising who are from Countries where either tipping
doesn't exist or where the price paid in hotels, restaurants etc includes a
service charge. Surely it is reasonable for them to assume that the price
you see is the price you pay. Except, perhaps on NCL America.
