I've had two children who worked for a local pizza place (not a
chain). They got an hourly wage which was the same whether they were
working in the store or delivering pizza. They cooked the pizza (and
other food like lasagna), served the pizza, and cleaned up the store
in addition to delivering pizza. I don't think there was a delivery
charge. They used their own cars and were not reimbursed for that -
not for mileage or gas or insurance (which is more if you are using
the vehicle for business). My little blonde daughter made out quite
well on tips. My son worked his way up to assistant manager where he
was paid more than the minimum.
