We called Royal Caribbean - (re: cruises off Florida) to return our
gratuities for the extremely poor service.
We spoke to their EXECUTIVE Offices...They had OUR money..so they just
refused to hear us.
They told us to GET LOST ! Very ARROGANT !
Is it ILLEGAL for Royal Caribbean to charge gratuities upfront ? How
can they charge us for Gratuities Upfront ? and refuse to refund it
for poor service?
Maybe some attorneys would probably sue them ...class action suit.
We have been on their cruises before and did not have an issue with
paying gratuities at the end because the service happened to be good
on that ocassion. They have made thousands of dollars from us. But not
anymore.
RCI advertises MILLIONS of dollars for new customers. But they are
losing customers like us for small amounts of money. Because of this
we would NEVER use them again.
They are losing THOUSANDS of potential dollars by refusing to refund a
small amount of money. This leaves a bad taste in any customers mouth
and they are getting tremendous amount of negative PR too.
