I smoked for many years. The tighter restrictions helped me give it up.
We would be on a bus tour and there would be a stop and everyone would go in
to see the site and I would stay outside and smoke. The first thing I would
do at an airport was search for the smoking area. I began to feel isolated.
I got tired standing outside in the wind and rain in order to smoke. I
always thought that it would be a physical problem to quit. It was not in
my case. Just a bad habit.
I am so happy that I quit 9 years ago.
