That seems to be the case with Royal Caribbean. So far, they are claiming
that their new policy (in effect in 2008) had resulted in few cancellations
and no decrease in overall bookings.
FWIW - I did not have a single cancellation of a Royal Caribbean cruise and
sales are as good as ever. I realize that my agency is a small sample, but
I think it is pretty representative of what is happening.
