Had an rather interesting graph in the Indy Star within the last
couple weeks. Showed smoking had gone down considerably, yet tax
receipts had increased. Guess the taxes are going up at a higher
percentage than people are quitting. So, it would appear that is easier
to give up smoking than it is to stop enacting new taxes.
