Not everyone.
Unlike Annie, who books an inside cabin and during the day likes to
lie out in the shade and read a book, and to go dancing at night, I
like to sit in my inside cabin and edit pictures, write emails to send
later, and sometimes I watch TV. I come back from a cruise with a
lot of photos that I haven't edited yet, even though I do spend time
on it. Sometimes I will nap in the cabin (I really don't like
sleeping or reading outdoors).
For me, the main attraction of the cruise is that someone else is
driving the boat, someone else is cooking the food, and I don't have
to pack and unpack. If I am in a position to watch the water that's
OK, but I've done enough of that so that I don't miss it if I can't do
it.
