While you are right legislatively, the voluntary so-called "bans" are
a pandering marketing ploy. I've seen variations of them (on issues
other then smoking) come & go.
Personally I'm all up for a Screaming Kids ban. Give em a ciggie &
drink to quite them down for christs sake.
