Hi Jean! Mom is happiest of all that Dad enjoyed it (he's such a sucker
too...ate up everything from the Baked Alaska parade to all the stupid
characters you can get your pictures taken with at every port, aka,
Mountie, Lobster, Moose, etc...lol) Anyhow, we did indeed rent a car in
Quebec and went to visit our island! Not much there I have to say, lol,
but an old windmill or two, and lovely vistas of the St. Lawrence, and
the ferry ride over was fun too, and it was a gorgeous sunny day. Got
to see all of Mom's new outfits she had been hiding from Dad, lol... It
was nice having our cabins on the same deck but opposite sides! Not
"too" close together, but convenient to meet up in the lobby.
