We have also seen these cabins like you said,our answer is they probably
live like this at home,In our home there is never a thing out of
place,even when we have a cup of coffee in the evening,the cups are
washed and dried and put away.Bed is never left unmade,and NO CLOTHES
LAYING AROUND.but unlike on the cruise ships i always put the bedspread
back on as soon as i make the bed in the morning,bed is never left
unmade.
