Have not been near Twin Sawyers, but I can tell you that we got VERY up
close to Hubbard Glacier while on our Celebrity Summit cruise in 2002.
(Gosh, was it really that long ago already??!)
Yes, it threw off some impressive ice chunks while we were there, and
yes, it was quite a sight to see.
Captain Panagiotakis turned the ship around so everyone on both sides of
the ship could have a great view. We were privileged to be on the
bridge for the visit, which made the experience that much more special.
