Subject: Help needed Posted on: Thu, 27 Dec 2007 07:09:55 -0500

Hi folks
I am finding myself in a bit of a situation. DH and I are booked on an 11
day Panama Canal cruise for Feb 1. 25 year old son was just informed that
he will require a second spinal fusion surgery and the doc is trying to book
the OR ASAP... I did not purchase cruise insurance. Should I just
purchase it today in case they get the OR before we get back? How much
checking will the insurance co do in when I found out that I would have a
conflict? Any chance the cruise line will just let me rebook? I need to be
here for him. Partly because I will be his after surgery caregiver (he will
not be able to move much) and partly because "as long as I'm living, my baby
he'll be".
Thanks for any advice
Momma
