Subject: Queen Mary 2 - how formal is formal for us in steerage? Posted on: Mon, 21 Jan 2008 18:52:02 -0500

We're going to be in a non-suite shortly on the QM2. I understand
those in suites, etc, have their own restaurant. We're in with the
hoi-poloi (? spelling), though, in the Brittania Restaurant.

On formal nights, do they allow a sports jacket, etc? Or is a tux
really mandatory? We've done about 50 cruises on other lines but
never Cunard, so don't know how strict they are. I personally hate
tuxes.
