Lynn, I am so sorry...Don will be very much missed here with his upbeat
posts. I will pray for you and your family during this very difficult time.
I hope that you have family close by to support you.. Please feel the arms
of your rtc family around you, holding you closely right now..
How thoughtful of you to think about our grandson,Wayne, while you are going
through this. His cancer was in the liver and his bones and he underwent his
second chemotherapy session yesterday. He is up and around and the swelling
in his brain had diminished some and we are so pleased that after his week
in a coma, he has a normal speech pattern and has done so well with physical
therapy, but he excelled in track in high school and was determined to walk
to his next chemo session and he did. He has an enormous appetite and will
eat anything that is not moving. He has a long way to go, but his upbeat
attitude and very supportive family and friends mean a great deal getting
him to his goal of complete recovery..
May all your special memories comfort you and God Bless you and yours,.
Hugs,
--Jean
