For flying to Europe... that seems TIGHT, even if everything goes perfectly.

Too risky for me.
What's your schedule once in England? Is that tight as well? Are there
other flights you can catch from O'Hare later the same day (probably not
since it's England)? Do you have a few days in England before boarding your
ship (if you're on one)? If so you can be a bit more risky on this end.
