They're not creating NO SMOKING ships like Paradise was... they are ships
that have smoking area, just a bit more restrictive than it used to be.
Paradise was a problem with group bookings. What Celebrity is doing still
allows smoking on the ships. So "Uncle Fred the Smoker" in the group can
still go do his smoking thing when he wants to.
